After serving 30 years as a paramedic, EMS manager and EMS educator, my focus changed to a more proactive approach toward wellness and healing trauma.  Seeing the tremendous difference in my own life, as well as in the lives of my valued clients, has fueled my passion for TRE.  Not only First Responders, but clients of all ages and backgrounds benefit from this simple but profound process. The addition of Healing Touch to my practice has been the perfect complement to meet the needs of an even broader group of clients.
Whether in person or online, I’m deeply invested in sharing healing methods with others.
The daily chaos of juggling home, grandkids, farm and work make me especially glad I learned to “shake it off”.
